Contending for Empire

I want to take part in the oc-training.deviantart.com/ with some friends so why not develop Halodniy a little bit more. She is one of my first original characters and I thought she might need some love. 

Sorry this couldn't be properly colored, my computer with my software and tablet are at home, so a few sketches to start out with will have to suffice.

Hair Color: Pale blonde
Eye Color: Greyish-blue

About: Employed as General of the Northern Empire Armies, Halodniy fought her way to the top to earn the greatest prestige among fellow soldiers, government officials, and citizens of the Empire. Considered to be the "golden" military commander of her time, Halodniy has been known to enkindle fear in any opposing army. She operates strategically, with physical braveness and guile. Though formidable in battle, Halodniy acts with temperance and continence, favoring democratic thought almost to the point of populism. 

Personality: Cool and well tempered. Sometimes comes off as cold to those she works with, however she stays mostly stable in her professional environment. When alone or with those she trusts, these harder exteriors melt away slightly, though complete trust is needed in order for this to happen, and complete trust is a rare thing. In these situations, she is more subject to emotional flares; sensitivity and nervousness, which leads to anger and anxiety.

Oh yeah, that's a narwhale horn. She is creative when it comes to weapons.
